Order request privacy notice
What we collect
When you submit an order request, Motor Gallery stores your name, email, phone, delivery address, requested products, listed subtotal and request status. These details are used only to review your request and contact you about stock, price and delivery. Submission does not confirm a purchase.
Hosting and access
Request records are stored on hosted infrastructure with protected administration access. The website owner can review your details through a protected administration page. A private receipt token saved in your browser provides access to your request; keep your device secure. Delivery details are shared with the selected courier when the seller arranges an accepted order. Payment credentials are not collected by this website.
Retention
Requests are retained for up to 90 days for review and follow-up. Expired requests are hidden from access and removed when the request service performs its next cleanup. Backups and hosting technical logs follow provider retention practices. This request service does not collect payment credentials or subscribe you to marketing.
Product reviews
After an actual completed purchase and delivery are manually verified by Motor Gallery, the buyer can publish a product rating and review using their private receipt. Only the chosen display name, rating, review text and dates are public. Order references, contact details and invoice references are not published. All valid star ratings are published without favouring positive feedback. An invoice-reference hash prevents duplicate purchase verification. Review access lasts 90 days after verification; published reviews remain visible afterwards. Buyers can edit their review during that access period.
Browser storage
Cart product IDs and quantities remain in browser storage; comparison choices are saved in the current tab. Private request receipt tokens are stored on the submitting device. Clearing browser storage removes access to those receipts but does not delete server records. No automatic customer confirmation email is sent. Keep your request ID and private access code for checking updates from another device. The email provider processes the request reference, customer name, delivery area and requested product details; full contact and street-address details remain in the protected owner page.
Analytics and payments
Google Analytics and payment SDKs remain disabled. No payment, stock reservation, order acceptance or automatic shipment occurs when you submit a request. For request, delivery, return or privacy enquiries, contact enquiry.motofy@gmail.com.
