Delivery information
Delivery review
Your delivery address and PIN are used to assess delivery options for your requested products. Stock, packing, courier availability, shipping charges and dispatch estimates are confirmed during review.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is the only payment option available at checkout. COD availability, stock, delivery charges and the final amount are confirmed by the store before dispatch. No payment is collected online.
No automatic dispatch
Submitting a request does not reserve stock, create a courier booking or promise a delivery date. A separate purchase and dispatch confirmation are required.
Request status
Check status shows seller-recorded review, fulfilment and support updates. Courier and tracking details appear once recorded by the store.
